They are so determined in understanding the complex system that we assigned to them, they ask questions frequently, they’ll call right away or drop an email if they encountered a serious problem or can’t proceed with the testing. They also provide the deliverables on time. The group of testers and the management are friendly and easy to talk to.
The general game testing was very helpful. The team definitely helped us find bugs and quirks we would probably haven’t discovered ourselves no matter how much time we’d put into this.
The load testing proved very helpful in determining where the bottleneck in the complex system we worked with were – and our client was very happy with the test results we could show them.
It was a pleasure working with a dedicated team in CHEQ. The account managers are attentive to the client’s needs and make sure all expectations are met. The QA team is consistent in their coordination and tries to not leave any stone unturned. I’m looking forward to working with them again.
