Project: Workforce Management System
Client: A Financial Firm

Key Technologies / Platforms:

Java

Oracle

Project overview:

A Financial Firm partnered with us to help them conduct testing for their newly acquired commercial-off-the-shelf workforce management system and work allocation manager. These applications will be configured based on the client’s business requirements.

Challenge:

The main objective of testing is to verify if all features and functionalities are met. However, their functional REQUIREMENTS are INCOMPLETE. Business requirements gathering is in parallel with testing, resulting to an extended timeline.

Solution:

We mobilized a team composed of test analysts and senior engineers. Our Test Team practiced AGILE methodology (rapid application testing/RAD). This methodology allowed the team to be FLEXIBLE together with the continuously refined functional requirements and design. The Test Team implemented guidelines to ensure all test artifacts will be updated and will cover all changes in the requirements. The project is about to wrap up, well within the ACCEPTED TIMELINE.
