- Assist in researching and developing training materials
- Support the creation of courseware, including course outlines, student workbooks, slide presentations, and exercises
- Facilitate training sessions under the guidance of senior trainers
- Conduct skills assessments to identify training needs and gaps
- Help coordinate and document training programs, ensuring proper records are maintained
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development, Education, or any four-year course
- With at least 2 years of experience in training or learning and development
- Experience in software testing or IT-related training is a plus
- Familiarity with online training platforms, e-learning tools, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and organized in preparing training materials
- Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to facilitate and engage learners effectively
- Analytical mindset to assess training needs and effectiveness
- Adaptable and resourceful in assisting with training program improvements
