Job Description:

- Lead and manage a team of testers, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines

- Create, review, and optimize test plans, test cases, and test scripts

- Oversee the execution of Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT

- Ensure the preparation and maintenance of test environments

- Analyze and report test findings, providing actionable insights to stakeholders

- Manage defect reporting and resolution processes, ensuring efficient communication with development teams

- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to align testing with business requirements.

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members to enhance skills and performance

Qualifications:

‍

- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any four-year course

- With at least 3 years of Software Testing experience, including leadership roles

- Experience in Software Testing for Web Applications, Mobile Applications, SAP systems (MM, SD, WM, FICO, ERP), Automation, or Performance Testing

- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively

- Having knowledge of AI concepts, with the ability to discern and evaluate AI-generated content is highly preferred

What technical skills are required for software testers at your company?
