- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job openings, sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Administer pre-employment assessments to ensure candidate suitability
- Maintain a sufficient pool of active candidates to meet hiring needs
- Efficiently manage and update recruitment databases, ensuring timely tracking and reporting
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any four-year course
- With at least 2 years of experience in Recruitment
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail in assessing candidates’ qualifications and interview responses
- Highly proactive in managing the recruitment pipeline and meeting hiring goals
- Strong organization skills
- Proven efficiency in handling recruitment processes and meeting deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to changing recruitment needs
- Resilient and capable of working under pressure
