- Gather and generate periodic performance data for analysis and reporting
- Collect attendance data and prepare monthly attendance reports
- Update and maintain attendance and performance databases to ensure accuracy
- Generate and manage attendance reports using the timekeeping system
- Compile and organize evaluation data for performance assessments
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any four-year course
- With at least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, data analytics, or a related role
- Experience with timekeeping systems and performance evaluation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- High attention to detail in handling reports and databases
- Ability to generate and interpret performance metrics effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
