
- Set up and configure laptops, including operating systems, drivers, and essential software
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; perform system upgrades and optimizations
- Maintain and manage IT assets, ensuring proper inventory, lifecycle tracking, and accountability
- Deploy and configure devices for new employees, providing basic IT orientation
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings across IT systems
- Manage cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring system availability, security, and compliance
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, cybersecurity best practices, and conduct user training as needed
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any four-year course
- With at least 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role
- Experience in IT asset management, user account administration, and security protocols
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems and IT environments
- Strong problem-solving skills in diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure business continuity
- Strong analytical problem solving, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to evolving IT needs
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple IT concerns efficiently
