- Assist in implementing and improving HR policies and procedures, covering onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and offboarding
- Manage employee concerns, inquiries, grievances, and ensure legal compliance
- Oversee company events and employee records management
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any four-year course
- With at least 2 years of experience in various HR functions
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Experience in employee counseling and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ethics, problem-solving ability, and conflict-resolution skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Time management and multitasking expertise
- Ability to manage employee relations and maintain workplace harmony
- Proactive, resilient, and capable of working under pressure
