- Drive new business opportunities through targeted lead generation and client acquisition
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead sourcing and proposal creation to contract negotiations and vendor approval

- Oversee contract management, renewals, and compliance with agreed terms

- Provide accurate reports on sales performance, client engagement, and fulfillment progress
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, Computer Science, or any four-year course
- With at least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Account Management, or Sales within a service-oriented industry
- Strong sales presentation, negotiation, lead generation, and relationship management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong ability to generate and close sales opportunities
- Highly organized and proficient in pipeline management
- Creative in crafting innovative solutions and strategies
- Persistent and driven to overcome challenges and achieve sales goals
- Adaptable and able to handle evolving client needs
- Proactive, resilient, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure
